FAQ
Who are your services intended for?
My heart is secondary education, and I strive to create the best learning experiences for my students. One thing the classroom has taught me is that students are best served when parents, school districts & teaching teams are aligned.

Therefore, my public speaking events are primarily intended for parents of secondary students who want behind-the-scenes access and education to support their children academically. A plethora of resources exist for parents of young children, but you know that as your child grows, their needs change. I aim to help you help your kid! (And really, it comes full circle, as well-supported students ultimately succeed in my classroom, as well!)

Additionally, while schools today are increasingly preparing students for the workforce, the need for practical-skills education still exists. Therefore, I also offer courses, nicknamed my "101" series, that teach the "soft skills" needed for career success. These courses are designed for young professionals (from those serving tables for the first time to college graduates beginning to climb the corporate ladder). Here, I teach the basics from presenting yourself professionally to organizing your workload once you land the job!
What fees are involved in hiring your services?
My fees vary by speaking event and are largely dependent on audience size, topic and venue. Costs can be covered either through the venue host or through nominal attendance fees.
Once you reach out, I will pull together a custom package for you.
Where are your events?
I speak at a variety of community events centers and public spaces throughout the Minneapolis-St. Paul metro and surrounding suburbs, and am willing to travel for a nominal fee. I can also host online webinars, if your audience members are in different locations.

What should we expect when working with you?
First and foremost, I am a teacher. I love sharing information and seeing my students' eyes light up when something clicks! When working with me, you're working with someone who is passionate about education and learning. I provide professional, behind-the-scenes access to what your child's teacher wants you to know!
Will you customize your course for my event?
In short, yes! The courses I provide are designed to target most general audiences, but are often adjusted based on specific locations or communities. I will work with you to create the perfect workshop, roundtable or coaching experience to meet your audience needs.
